Whats the best way to find reputable daycare here in NJ (newark area)?

I am a Hispanic mom who is planning to go back to work very soon….I live in mostly black neighborhood, so naturally the daycares are only one race. I would like my 1 yr old daughter to be among more hispanics or a more multi-cultural environment. But I dont seem to find anything suitable….any suggestions would be great or if anyone knows of anything in newark please do help.
